I will ship out your order as quickly as possible following the purchase. It can take 1-4 days depending on circumstances. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. For shipments abroad, delivery times may vary and be as long as 2-3 weeks depending on the country of destination. 

When an item is sent from my studio to be shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country’s postage service and customs. If for whatever reason something goes missing, please get in touch with me and the postage companies. Occasionally things can go wrong, in which case please get in touch and I will do my very best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

There might be tax or customs charges on some items shipped abroad. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.

 

Care recommendations

My work is hand-made with high temperature fired stoneware, meaning they are durable and strong, but more fragile compared to mass-produced wares. Value your handmade ceramics, and treat them with care.

Although dishwasher and microwave safe, I recommend refraining from it where possible, in order to prolong usage. All functional pieces like mugs, bowls, plates, etc are food-safe.

Due to the natural crystallisation of matte glazes, strongly coloured liquids may gradually alter the surface over time. This is a natural characteristic of matte glazes, adding to their unique and evolving appearance.

For the unglazed exteriors of some pots, please avoid contact with strongly staining foods and liquids, as this may naturally stain the surface.

Colours are represented as accurately as possible in the photos, though slight differences may occur due to varying screen displays. 

Please review the provided dimensions for each piece, as sizes may vary. While we strive for accuracy in measurements, please keep in mind that, due to the handmade nature of ceramics, slight variations may occur.

Since these teapots are handleless, please take care and wrap a cloth around the teapot when serving. Due to the shape of the product, slight dripping may occur when pouring. A simple and wonderful trick to prevent this is to apply a small amount of butter or oil to the rim of the spout.

 

Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with a product and would like to return it, please contact me within 14 days of the date you received the product and I will offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) The cost of return postage, including any additional taxes or duties incurred from international postage, are at the expense of the buyer (ii) Products must be returned well packaged and in an unused, resalable condition. Failure to return items in an unused condition will result in no refund being made.

Any additional costs or delays incurred with sending a product outside of the UK, such as taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. These costs will not be refunded in the event of an item being returned.

I take every care to package your item securely so that it travels safely. However in the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, please get in touch with photos of the damaged piece as soon it arrives. I will either issue you with a full refund, or send you a replacement at no extra cost.
